The Creator
I'm a podcast strategist, podcast manager, and the creator of Navagate. I'm also a wife, a mom of five, and someone who has spent the last four years inside more podcasts than most people will ever know exist.
I've audited over 100 shows. I've managed podcasts for female entrepreneurs across dozens of industries. I've coached women through launching, rebuilding, and realigning their shows inside my Podcast to Clients Experience. And I host my own show, which sits in the top 2% of podcasts globally.
Here's the thing. After doing this work for years, I kept seeing the same problem over and over again.
The women I worked with were not lazy. They were not inconsistent. They were not bad at podcasting.
They were showing up every single week, recording, publishing, and sharing. They were doing everything they were told to do.
And they still weren't seeing clients come through their show.
Every single time I dug in, the answer was the same. It was never the content. It was the ecosystem. Something was disconnected. The lead magnet didn't bridge to the offer. The show notes CTA was broken or outdated. The platforms weren't sending traffic back to the podcast. The listener journey had a gap so big you could fall right through it and never find your way to the offer.
They couldn't see any of it because no one had ever shown them the full picture.
I built Navagate because I got tired of watching smart, talented women stay stuck in the guessing loop.
Every podcast I audited, I was essentially drawing the same map in my head. Here's your ecosystem. Here's where the connection breaks. Here's what your listener needs at each phase and where you're leaving her without a next step.
I wanted every podcaster to be able to see that map, not just the ones who hired me.
So I built Nava around the same framework I use in every audit and every coaching call. The Podcast for Business Ecosystem™ is not a theory. It is the result of doing this work, over and over again, with real podcasters and real businesses.
Navagate puts that framework in your hands in about ten minutes.
Your podcast doesn't have a downloads problem. It has a strategy problem.
You don't need a bigger audience. You need a clearer ecosystem.
And you deserve to see exactly where yours stands, without needing to hire someone like me first.
That's what Nava is for.
Navagate is the starting point. If you use your maps and realize you want hands-on support to fix what Nava surfaces, I'd love to help.
